Beaver always seemed like a good place to work for and is well known in the industry.

Aaron started at Beaver in 2018. Originally a technician, Aaron swiftly moved into his new role March 2019 as Field Customer Service Manager.

Before we get into the nitty gritty of Aaron's role, let's give you some background into Aaron;s career history. Within the pest control industry he has worked with the 'big boys' as technician, field biologist and surveyor.

In 2017, Aaron actually considered an opportunity with us at Beaver but decided to try Business Developmement Manager for a year at another pest control company. 

However, as a well-know company in the area, Beaver's call was too great and he finally decided to join us in 2018.

The role of Field Customer Service Manager was introduced after identifiying a gap where slightly larger customers who were not assigned to a Surveyor were in need of a little tlc.

As part of his role, Aaron looks after a number of premier accounts. Aaron looks after over 60 customers currently. He is the bridge between the custonmer and the Beaver teams! With each of these customers he is carrying out visits, nurturing the customer relationship and supporting the technicians with any issues on site which may arise.
