Large Company of the Year
NOMINATION CRITERIA:
This award acknowledges an outstanding business, which employs more than 20 technicians. The judges are looking for demonstrations of excellence and professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service with a range of products to suit their customer base. Judges are looking for a commitment to enhancing personal skills and knowledge and knowledge of their staff by keeping technicians up-to-date with learning for the benefit of the business and customers.
OUR OPINION:
When asked what we think sets us apart from other companies, we often say that we have 70 USPs, each and every employee that makes up our Beaver family. Our vision as a business is to have the happiest staff and happiest customers in the industry and being shortlisted for an award like this just goes to show that the hard work all of our staff are putting in to achieve this goal is coming to fruition.
Pest Controller of the Year: James Wood
NOMINATION CRITERIA:
The Pest Controller of the Year will have shown the highest level of professionalism and commitment. They will also be well informed about new and existing products and will be expected to provide examples of how they innovate to deliver for their customers. Judges will also want evidence of how technicians keep up-to-date with ongoing learning and how this knowledge benefits the business they work in.
OUR OPINION:
James Wood is an exceptional pest controller, he is our training manager, so for him to be considered one of the top 3 pest controllers in the UK is a great achievement and hopefully he will help train the next pest controller of the year with his vast knowledge and experience!
