Beaver Pest Control News December 2015
In October we asked – Have Beaver Pest Control won a huge tender?
We said that Kings College London told us that we had been awarded their pest control. This was for all of their University buildings and residential buildings. So did we get it? Too right we did.

(1) KINGS COLLEGE LONDON
– and –
(2) BEAVER PEST CONTROL
The Kings College London contract commenced in December providing pest management to three prestigious sites in The Strand, London Bridge and Kings College Hospital in Camberwell, London. These will be carried out by our pest controllers, George and Ciaran, who are both extremely conscientious. Well done to Radu and Julia for this excellent sale. Now we have to prove that we can do what we said we can do. I’m sure our service team will not dissapoint.
The above contract means that Beaver Pest Control News December 2015 can report that we have had another successful year. The surveying team worked extremely hard in 2015 and we are proud to announce that we have well exceeded our 2014 figures.
Sniffer dog screening was agreed with Kings College London to make sure all of the residential rooms were free of bedbugs. This appears to be the future for early identification and control. The problem with human inspections is that they take longer and are less accurate. If no bed bugs are found then insecticidal sprays do not need to be used. This helps in the reduction of pesticides and helps us with our green credentials. This is ideal for hotels and for proving due diligence and customer care.
Beaver Pest Control News December 2015 now asks you – What does CHAS mean?
I hope you did not cheat and open the link. It stands for The Contractors Health and Safety Contractors Scheme. Of course you knew that. Well Beaver Pest Control received this accreditation again in December and this proves to all of our buyers that we are competent in Health and Safety. You can see all of our other accreditations in this website where it discusses who we are.
Talking about innovative pest control. Did you know that Innovative Pest Management was our strapline? We are also innovative with our bird work as we have used lasers and pyrotechnics for pigeon control and use hawks to help prevent birds from roosting.
We booked and will be exhibiting at two trade shows in 2016; The Takeaway Expo based at Excel and The Restaurant Show in Olympia following the success of the Takeaway Expo in 2015. We will keep you informed nearer the time.
Beaver Pest Control News December 2015 only has to look back to our November News to see that we reported that we were nominated for three awards from Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce.
