Beaver Pest Control, recently voted "Pest Control Company of the Year" throughout the UK are expanding rapidly and currently have a busy dedicated customer service team of 6, growing to 7 in the next few months. Based in Tooting, this is a new, key, hands on role, responsible for delivering great service to our varied customer base. We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate our customer service and initial contact team.
Through continuous communication, make sure our customer service team understand their roles and responsibilities.
Live the company values ensuring that they are understood and implemented throughout the team.
To ensure the customer service team is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Create a strategy to continually improve the customer experience.
Plan and delegate the workload fairly throughout the team.
To make sure the customer service team complies with company policies and procedures.
Make sure we deliver a consistently high level of service.
Make sure our customers are treated fairly.
Innovate and differentiate our service from our competitors.
Monitor incoming calls for quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Implement, manage and oversee alternative communication options.
Develop a culture consistent with our values where the customer service team are motivated and feel supported and valued.
Ensure your team contribute and learn while maintaining a family feel working environment.
Organise regular team meetings to ensure your team is aware of collaborative targets.
Oversee the recruitment, training and people management for customer service.
Develop an account management team.
Encourage good working relationships with other departments.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing a customer service team preferably within a fast paced service industry company.
Technical knowledge - Familiar with CRM systems and other ICT packages, including Microsoft and Google packages.
Educated to at least 'A' level standard or able to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly.
CRM systems plus Information and Communication Technology application packages
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

KPI's and being able to present these
Experience with Sage Accounts would be an advantage.
