We constantly assess quality and safe working practices and encourage critical appraisal from our customers. We do this by encouraging you as a customer to complete a customer satisfaction survey at the end of a job or annually if you hold an ongoing contract.

All of our technicians receive bonuses according to the quality of their work; this is checked eight times per year ensuring the highest possible standards. The technicians also receive bonuses for the amount of work carried out. A call out between routine visits does not earn productivity for the technician, and therefore it is not in their interest to carry out work of a poor standard...

  • We are members of Construction Line, Chas approved and Safe Contractor, who have assessed and passed our working practices and systems.

    We are also accredited to ISO9001/2008 standards, this consequently allows potential customers to buy with confidence.

    We are members of and audited by the BPCA to ensure good systems continue to be in place.

    In addition to this being PROMPT members, all of our staff have to accrue 20 CPD training points each year. This demonstrates that all of our technicians are fully up to date with new information and technical skills.

    Our management systems are assessed quarterly, annually audited and updated and improved as necessary.

    Our charges are assessed each year to ensure that we remain competitive.
